Many lists allow shortcut keys
(to select a record by entering its code)
Lists are navigated using up and down arrow, page up and down, or using the mouse
Pressing Enter or Return (typically) leads to an edit screen for that record
Lists can often be sorted by clicking on the column heading
Clicking a second time sorts into descending sequence
